The video depicts the EZDebride Wound Instrument in a side to side comparison with a surgical curette. Notice how effective the EZDebride Wound Instrument is in regards to time management but also hemostasis as compared to the curette. This especially important when the patient is anti-coagulated especially in this case. Light penetration into the periphery of the vascular layer will often times result in immediate and prolonged bleeding if the patient is on anti-coagulation medication.
